River day
The sun shining on the sparkly river as we jumped of rocks and swam down with the kurents. When one person jumped off a rock into the river another person would and that carried on happening in one part of the river. In the other part of the river where the rest of us were swimming there were loads of people travelling down with the kurents aswell but there were some people who got lots of huge rocks and built sort of like a square with the rocks. Then when they finished the square they use it like a sitting area but in the the shallow. Also there where some people who were playing with their own sports equipment. there were a few people who didn't even get into the river because it was to freezing but there were some people who got in but then a minute later some people were getting out of the river because they said it was to cold for them. When we got out of the river me and my friends were just sitting down talking to each other. When we were walking back to school me and Dan were at the front of the line.As we enter the school gates The bell rang for home time.
survivor day
On one very sunny survivor day I zoomed to school with all my gear I needed to survive overnight. Dan, Nathan and I got all of our rope, tarps, bamboo, pegs, hammer, tape and scissors then we walked to the top field. In a blink of an eye we were going to ditch to the bottom of the school but most of the lights we we could run were on but then when we were just about to run Ms Williams came and moved Dan and I to room 20 with Konrad’s mum and Konrad.By Tyler

Holding on
His heart was pounding as he flew over the crest hills. He could taste the mud slipping into his mouth as he zoomed past all of the other Racers. He kept on trying his hardest to get to the finish line.
He was staring in the distance and as he did he could see a mysterious face,it was his children. He sped up to 450 km’s and hour,as he was about to finish the race he had a bad accident. Because he lost control, fell in a ditch and broke his neck he was in hospital for a while, when he was in hospital he sadly died so his family came to see him in the hospital. They were all crying and hugging him and saying goodbye to him. Then they left the hospital and the hospital people who work in the hospital organised for someone to come to the hospital and get the dead body and buy a coffin or get his ashes.

Visual MihiMihi
This is my visual Mihimihi. The flag represents my country. Kapiti Island represents where I live. The korus represent my family. My dad is darkish green and so is my mum and I’m grey. The silverfern represents the sports that are played in New Zealand. Part of my Culture is from Taranaki because that is where some of my family live. And the other part of my Culture is Kapiti because that's where the rest of my family live. By Tyler
